ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Admission is based strictly on merit and the admission procedure is formulated by the School/college Governing Body and the Academic Committee, keeping in view the guidelines issued by the Government from time to time.
► Candidate will be selected on merit basis. The list of selected candidates will be notified one day before the actual date fixed for admission. Candidates selected for admission have to take admission on payment of requisite fees on the date fixed for interview and admission failing which is authority keeps the right reserved to forfeit claims.
► There is provision for reservation of seats for SC, ST and OBC candidates as per the Government rules.
► Attested copies of the following documents must be attached with the application for Admission. Documents in original shall have to be produced for verification at the time of admission failing which the admission will be rejected.
► All admissions are provisional subject to the approval of Assam Higher Secondary Education Council.

- For HS 1st Year
1. Copy of:
• HSLC Admit Card
• HSLC Marksheet
• Provisional Certificate
• HSLC Pass Certificate
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Gap Certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhar card
• PAN card2. One Passport size photo in formal dress.
3. Original Migration Certificate (if applicable).
4. U DISE Code of the school last attended.
- For Class IX
1. Copy of:
• Class VIII Pass Certificate
• Marksheet of Class VIII Annual Exam
• Transfer Certificate
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Gap Certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhar card & PAN card
2. One Passport size photo in formal dress.
3. U DISE Code of the school last attended.
FEE RULES:
Tuition fees must be paid for the entire session, i.e. from June to May.
Fees must be paid in four installments each within the due dates.
Delay in payment of fees within stipulated dates will lead to imposition of fines.
The tuition fees and other fees may be revised from time to time.
TRANSFER RULES:
- The guardians will have to apply to the principal stating reasons for transfer from the college.
- No Transfer certificate will be issued unless the tuition fee for the entire session is paid.
- Rs 100/-will be charged as processing fee for the Transfer Certificate
