ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Admission is based strictly on merit and the admission procedure is formulated by the School Governing Body and the Academic Committee, keeping in view the guidelines issued by the Government from time to time.
Candidates who wish to take admission into Arts, Commerce & Science streams must have scores of at least 60%, 65% & 75% marks respectively in the last HSLC or equivalent Examination.
Admission to H.S. First Year of the School starts following the declaration of HSLC Examination result by the Board of Secondary Education Assam. Admissions are given strictly as per the guidelines issued by the Department of Education, Govt. of Assam and as per the policies framed by the management of the college from time to time.
Those seeking admission in Class IX must produce marks sheets and certificates testifying their passing of Class VIII annual examination. This will be followed by a screening test which the candidates will have to qualify.
The candidates who have passed the HSLC Examination of the Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA) or an examination regarded as equivalent by SEBA are eligible for admission into H.S. 1st Year class.
Application for admission must also be separately submitted in the prescribed hard form.
Candidates who wish to apply to different streams must apply in separate application forms.
Hard copy of admission form is available along with the prospectus.
The duly filled in application form has to be submitted in the School office as per the admission schedule published on the Notice Board.
The list of provisionally selected candidates will be published on the School Notice Board. The candidate along with his parents must appear with original testimonials for interview and counseling as per appointed date and time.
Reserved category (SC/ST/OBCs) and physically disabled students must produce the original caste/category/disability certificate issued by the concerned authorities, and a photocopy of the same must be submitted along with the application form.
Students successfully passing the 1st Year examination will be admitted to the 2nd year: Fresh admission into the 2nd Year is allowed to those who have obtained permission from the ASSEB, (Div-II) provided the School authority is convinced about the reason(s) for the transfer.

- For Class IX

• Transfer Certificate

• Gap Certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhar card & PAN card
2. One Passport size photo in formal dress.

FEE RULES:
Tuition fees must be paid for the entire session, i.e. from June to May.
Fees must be paid in four installments each within the due dates.
Delay in payment of fees within stipulated dates will lead to imposition of fines.
The tuition fees and other fees may be revised from time to time.
TRANSFER RULES:
- The guardians will have to apply to the principal stating reasons for transfer from the college.
- No Transfer certificate will be issued unless the tuition fee for the entire session is paid.
- Rs 100/-will be charged as processing fee for the Transfer Certificate
